Zillers R18

This used to be a BMW, but little is left of it and it sure is bizarre.
However, do you also buy a motorcycle because it can be a kind of art object? If so, then the Zillers R18 is probably one of the most artful motorcycles in the world.

The Zillers R18 is not going to break any speed records. The engine delivers 91 hp and 157 Nm, all that from a block that measures about 1,800 cc with a top speed of 189 km/h.

Because those numbers may sound familiar to you, that is normal as behind all this special styling is a BMW R18 hidden.
This retro-esque cruiser formed the basis for the bizarre Zillers, but there is almost nothing left of his BMW namesake.

That's why you might better see the Zillers R18 as a kind of art object as the design is extremely bizarre.
All panels are made of carbon fiber. Funny detail - this bike is so low to the ground that there is no standard, instead the motorcycle has air suspension.
So he can go up a bit while driving, and move down when you are parking it.

You want this piece of rolling art? That will cost you € 40,629 - that doesn't sound bad, but then you still have to put it together yourself.
