MV Agusta have just unveiled its 798 cc measuring three-cylinder nakeds with Euro 5 update. The Brutale and the Dragster do not sacrifice power and were further refined in the field of electronics

The MV Agusta Brutale three-cylinder comes in three flavors: the Rosso, the RR and the RR SCS.

MV Agusta Brutale Rosso
The Rosso is the basic version with which MV Agusta aims at a wide audience. This is reflected in the lower power output, 112 hp, slightly lower torque (85 Nm at 8,500 rpm) then the rest of the Brutale models.

The electronics package looks very nice, a 5.5-inch TFT dashboard and cornering ABS, cruise control, Bluetooth and a GPS system are part of the standard package.
On top of that comes MV's own EAS two-way quickshifter. The Rosso version is equipped with less advanced and therefore cheaper components.

MV Agusta Brutale RR
On the RR version, three-cylinder generates the full 140 hp, while the torque very slightly increased to 87 Nm.
In contrast to the Rosso, the RR version has an LED headlight with cornering function, an upside-down front fork, the inner tubes of which have a DLC layer (Diamond Like Coating).
The electronics package is slightly more extensive than on the Rosso version and includes launch and wheelie control.

Brutal RR SCS
The SCS version is technically the same as the Brutale RR. SCS stands for Smart Clutch System, the system developed by MV Agusta in collaboration with the American clutch specialist Rekluse.
It allows you to stop the bike without pulling the clutch lever in or having the it in neutral. Then when you open the throttle you get instant drive. It’s a bit like riding an automatic.

Likewise, if you want a Dragster, three versions, Rosso being the basic, then comes a RR version, with optional SCS. The absolute top is the RR SCS RC.

Dragster Rosso
The three-cylinder block has the identical 112 hp in the Brutale Rosso version. The finish is on the same level, with a simpler Marzocchi upside-down fork and a more limited electronics package.

Dragster RR - RR SCS
Here too the full power of 140 hp as his equivalent Brutale RR, the full electonics package and a more advanced front fork.

Dragster RR SCS RC
The absolute top version of the Dragster, production is limited to two hundred numbered copies.
Thanks to the forged wheels, the weight of 168 kg for the RC model is significantly lower compared to 175 kg for the standard RR.
Those who opt for the race kit will lose an additional 8 kg thanks to the SC Project titanium exhaust line. In addition, you also gain another 10 hp, resulting in 150 hp peak power.
