Through its social channels, MV Agusta announced the creation of a special version of its Superveloce 800 called Testalarga.
It is a one-off that appears to be based on the limited series (311 copies) of the Superveloce AGO.
We are guessing, as no detailed information arrives from Varese or even images showing the bike in its entirety.
The red-silver color with yellow number plate recalls that of the AGO, but the wheels are not spoked but in light alloy with spokes in gold color.
The same color is chosen for the trellis frame seen on the Superveloce S version.
Mounted on this 1/1 specimen is the Arrow exhaust system with three silencers, two on the right and one on the left, available among the accessories dedicated to the three-cylinder MV and reminiscent of the GP versions.
As on the AGO there are parts of the carbon fiber superstructures, on the tank there is the leather belt, another historical quote; seen on the AGO.
The perforation on the sides of the fairing in the lower area is also exclusive to this model.
The single- seat saddle is covered in perforated red leather and has white visible stitching.
We remind you that the 798 cc in-line three-cylinder, with counter-rotating crankshaft and Euro 5 homologation, provides on the Superveloce series 147 horsepower at 13,000 rpm and the maximum torque of 88 Nm at 10,100 rpm.
The weight is declared on the S version in 173 kg dry and the Quick-Shift EAS 3.0 is bidirectional.
The ABS has a cornering function, while the traction control intervenes more precisely based on the inclination of the bike. The revamped Front Lift Control (FLC) handles controlled wheelies better.
Launch Control is also available for fast starts, while the instrumentation uses a 5.5-inch TFT dashboard that communicates with the MV Ride App.
