A Honda teaser dedicated to the new to be introduced NT 1100 DCT crossover was published earlier this week on their socials.
Not a lot is known for now, but for the few images that can determine, next to the bold claim "The new era of touring", the Tokyo manufacturer wants to place this model in a touring perspective.
Those few images that have been shared, mostly the upper part of the bike, show a raised riding position but not too much , which brings the NT closer to the touring-sport-touring class.
The fairings resemble that of the lines of the CB4X concept showcased by Honda at EICMA 2019.
From the data provided at this time, we also know that the engine platform will be that of the parallel twin currently used in the Africa Twin , and that the transmission will be offered in both the manual and automatic DCT versions.
Is this going to be a replacement for the already very old in the tooth ST1300 Pan Europe, or still something else, we will know every little detail with the official launch on the 21rd of October.
